MIAMI - A Miami driver turned the tables on a police officer by pulling him over after she said she observed him driving above the speed limit. The incident happened on Interstate 95 at Northwest Eighth Street. The woman, identified as Claudia Castillo, recorded the entire event and uploaded the footage to YouTube.
