    Miami-Dade Fire Rescue found a body in Biscayne Bay early Monday after a personal watercraft crash.Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials received the call around 11 p.m. Sunday after a sailboat notified the Coast Guard of an adrift personal watercraft. Searchers found a dead man in his 30s in the water, Miami Fire Rescue Capt.
